Shipping & Returns
Everything you need to know about getting your order and making it right if something isn't perfect.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your package ships. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday begin processing the next business day.
Shipping
We ship within the United States via USPS. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and your delivery address. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days. We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package leaves our salon.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered. Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method, less the original shipping cost. For health and safety reasons, opened hair and beauty products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
How to Start a Return
Email frontdesk@georgialousalon.comwith your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return, and we'll send you instructions. Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.
